How to order and pay

Placing your Christmas 2012 orders and making regular payments towards them is easy.

Ways to place orders:

Online

Go to our online catalogue and simply add items to your basket. You'll need to be registered and logged in to place your orders online.

By phone

Make a note of the items you'd like to order and call our Orderline Team on 0845 604 0350. (Country Hereford agents call 0845 604 0351).

Orderline opening times:

Up to 30th December 2011:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

3rd January to 27th January 2012:
9am - 8pm, Monday to Friday

From 30th January 2012:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

7th January to 28th January 2012:
Also open 9am - 1pm, Saturday

All calls charged at your local rate. (Calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.)

By post

Request a catalogue. Fill in the order form which comes with the catalogue and post it back to us in the envelope provided.

Ways to pay:

Once you have made your first payment, you can pay in any of the ways shown below: Please make your first payment with your order to get you started.

Direct Debit

Login and set up a Direct Debit online or print off and fill out a Direct Debit Mandate and return it to: Park Christmas Savings Club Ltd, Valley Road, Birkenhead, CH41 7ED. You can also set up a Direct Debit over the phone by calling our Careline Team. You will find all of our contact details on the contact us page, please have your bank account details to hand.

Online

Login to your Account and make payments online using your debit or credit card.

Phone

To make a payment using your debit or credit card, call 0845 604 0350 (Country Hereford agents call 0845 604 0351).

Or you can call our Balance Enquiry and Payments Line and make an automated payment at any time on 0845 603 0502.

Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Christmas Savings. Please write your name, address and Account Number on the reverse and send it to us in one of the pre-paid envelopes supplied.

Bank

By cash or by cheque at your own bank branch. Please use a Giro slip. Keep the stamped counterfoil as your receipt. You can request a further supply of Giro slips if you want to pay by this method in the future.

PayPoint & Post Office

Make payments into your Park Account at any UK Post Office or wherever you see the PayPoint sign - at over 20,000 newsagents and petrol stations across the UK (minimum £5, maximum £100 in any one transaction at PayPoint). Take the barcode from the order confirmation letter we'll send you to any PayPoint outlet or Post Office and they will scan the barcode and hand it back to you, along with a receipt for your payment. If you'd like to make a payment before receiving your order confirmation letter you can also take a Giro slip to the Post Office to have the barcode scanned.
